ZENVO batch circulation static grain dryer adopts dual air duct and double circulation system. The grain enters the drying layer on the left and right sides from the distribution auger at the top, and the high-temperature hot air heated by the hot air heater is mixed with the air containing waste heat after drying, and is sent to the drying section on the left and right sides by the fan in the inner air duct, and the hot air contacts the grain in a mixed flow mode to heat and dry the grain. After drying, part of the air containing waste heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the top dehumidification fan, and most of it is mixed with high-temperature hot air, and then sucked into the inner circulation air duct again to heat the grain, so as to make full use of the heat energy containing waste heat air after drying, so as to reduce energy consumption and save costs. When the hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the top dehumidification fan, the external circulation air duct synchronously inhales fresh air to achieve system pressure balance. Fresh air is supplemented and the air containing waste heat after drying enters the hot air heater at the same time, and the high-temperature hot air is formed after heating, which heats and dries the grain. After the grain enters the lower auger through the grain discharge wheel at the bottom, it is sent to the top distribution auger by the hoist, and enters the dry layer on the left and right sides after being evenly distributed by the distribution auger. In the batch cycle, the grain is set to different parameters of the start and stop time according to each stage, so that the material can be kept in a relatively static state during drying.
